This is the contents of the folder that I downloaded. The file was added, but I am still not able to use the classes in the API. When I try to load the library, I get the error java.
I’ve tried on Windows XP 32bit with Java 7. JPIB and many other Java libraries jaga just wrapper for low-level routines. Then run already edited configuration.

I downloaded JPIB 1. Any other ideas as to what I can try next to get this working? So it is mandatory to load corresponding native libraries before using Java classes. All other files I removed.

At one point I created enough of a wrapper using the Java Native Interface just to see if I could do it. Is there something else that I need to do to be able to use the API?
