It looks like one the devices is turned off. Make note of the folder that they are in – this is the folder you will want to direct windows to when installing the missing mmsystwm components.

Click the device that is not working properly, click Properties, and then click Remove.

It looks like I should have the multi-media on here but it doesn’t show in the icons on the Control panel. It looks like some musical notes on a staff and is within the control panel. If you always want to play sound files with this extension in Winamp, assiociate the filetype with Winamp.
